  • You can now manage workload permissions in more detail. Choose between six permission levels - view, create, edit, delete, edit forecast, and edit staff requirement calculation. Permissions can be set for all workloads or individual workloads. This ensures that each user has the appropriate level of access based on their role, ensuring your data integrity and compliance.

  • You can now enhance your network security using IP filtering. By activating the network Access Control List (ACL), IP filtering ensures users can only access injixo from specific IP addresses. Users with other IP addresses will not be able to access injixo.

2024-01-21 Improved Adherence report
  • Within the Intraday app, you can now download Adherence reports as a CSV file for more convenient data analysis. Your CSV will contain individual hyperlinks for each agent, which will redirect you back to injixo’s Intraday module for more detailed agent information.
