Include service level data in your dashboards
- If you have a Genesys Cloud integration, you can now add to your dashboards the number of abandoned calls/emails/chats and number of answered calls/emails/chats within service levels.

Improved Adherence report
- Within the Intraday app, you can now download Adherence reports as a CSV file for more convenient data analysis. Your CSV will contain individual hyperlinks for each agent, which will redirect you back to injixo’s Intraday module for more detailed agent information.
