Manage dashboards permissions in more detail

  • Choose from four permission levels—View, Create, Edit, and Delete— for either all dashboards or individual ones. This gives you greater control and flexibility, ensuring that users have the appropriate access while safeguarding sensitive data.

How admins can access this:

  1. Log in and click on Account in the top navigation bar, then select Roles. You will see a new, redesigned interface that helps you navigate and configure permissions more efficiently.

  2. Select any role from the left column. A panel will appear on the right, showing all permissions and their details.

  3. Scroll to the Analyze section to find the permissions for all dashboards.

Advanced customers can assign four permission levels—View, Create, Edit, and Delete—across all dashboards.

Enterprise customers have the added flexibility to set these permissions at both the overall and individual dashboard level.
