Save the Day with injixo’s New Real-Time Adherence Tools

What’s new?

injixo has released a new real-time feature: the Employee Detail View in Adherence. This all-new tool empowers you to nail your daily service goals. 

The Employee Detail View enables you with focused insights about individuals and lets you take action fast. You’ll see incidents within their context on a detailed, per-person basis. You’ll also be able to make changes before misalignments impact your performance.  

How it works

The Employee Detail View in Adherence gives you a detailed look into an employee’s day. You'll be able to see what's scheduled versus what’s actually happening. If there are any misalignments, you'll be able to make adjustments to put people in the right place fast.

Sound familiar?  For Advanced WFM and Enterprise WFM plans, injixo has already released parts of the Employee Detail View. We’ll soon release more enhancements to this feature that allow you to see more activity details and change schedules. 

What else is new and available now?

Last year, injixo released the Adherence module to help you track your performance. Since then, the injixo team has released the following:

• Matches: an automated rules module that refines results in the Adherence display. 
• Intraday Adherence chart: it shows you the trend of your Adherence Score over the day. It also details this score for every previous interval.  The team also revamped the layout of the whole Adherence module to make it easier for you to use.

How do you access these new features?

These new features are found in the Adherence module under the Intraday menu. They are available for Advanced WFM and Enterprise WFM plans.
