Last quarter, injixo launched a native Zendesk integration. This week, injixo made this integration even better. As an injixo + Zendesk customer, you now have brand support. 🎉
If you’re using brands in Zendesk, this means you’ll be able to use your data the way you have it set up in Zendesk. With injixo, you’ll be able to build dedicated workloads for specific brands.
How it works:
When setting up your integration, you are now able to separate source queues by the brands you have configured in Zendesk. All you need to do is check off the “By brands” box under the “Group tickets” section. It’s that easy.
Brand support is an additional feature to the default setup which separates queues by agent group.
