To empower you and your team, injixo is giving your Zendesk integration a big upgrade. The injixo Integrations team is currently working on Version 2.0 of the Zendesk integration. 🎉

The newest Zendesk integration for injixo will make your experience seamless. You'll be able to give injixo access to all of the data you want to use exactly how you want it. You’ll feel right at home because you’ll be able to organize your data according to your Zendesk views. 

This upcoming integration means you’ll have: 

  • More flexibility to customize how you want to use your data in one place: Zendesk.  Simply group your tickets in Zendesk views. injixo then takes your Zendesk views as the basis for source queues. 
  • Full autonomy to make the changes you need. Whether it’s now or in the future, you’ll be able to handle your integration without having to contact customer support. 
  • Better results by using the full power of injixo Forecast. You’ll have data that is complete and based on your unique Zendesk views. 

What you can expect

Thanks to feedback from customers like you, the Integrations team is working to ensure this latest integration handles your unique needs. 

As we create this new integration, here’s what you can expect:

  • This process may take a few weeks.
  • You may notice the latest version in your list of integrations. Please ignore it until it becomes available. 
  • Any initial imports that you run on the current integration may be slower than usual.
  • You’ll still receive updated data every 15 minutes if you have already completed an initial import.
  • The injixo team may reach out to you directly about the new integration.
