Today, injixo is excited to announce the change you’ve been waiting for: A new injixo that makes your workday better than ever. What does this mean?
An injixo made for you
When injixo was first launched, it had a mission: Empowering people to bring work and demand in perfect balance. 25 years later, this mission still stands stronger than ever. Technology, however, changed rapidly since then.
As one of the first cloud WFM providers, injixo evolved with time, too. The majority of your current injixo features are already built on modern technology. But there’s one last part of the software still reliant on Internet Explorer: the “WFM” module.
You may have already noticed this in your daily work. These features look and feel different than the rest. While you are probably a pro at using them, they are not made for a modern cloud experience. This changes now.
What will change exactly?
In the coming weeks, you can enjoy a thorough modernization of the WFM module. Discover three reasons this makes your life easier:
1. Freedom from Internet Explorer
Yes, you'll be able to ditch Internet Explorer. Every feature will be accessible regardless of your browser choice.
From a practical perspective, this also ensures your system’s security. Microsoft will shut down support for Internet Explorer soon. Moving off of IE ensures you will continue to work in a stable and safe environment.
2. Radically user-friendly: Enjoy the modern look & feel
"WFM" features are redesigned to be much more user-friendly. The functionality will stay the same but will be easier for you to use. This means: a sleeker interface, faster loading times, and fewer clicks to succeed in your work.
3. Everything you need in one place
Legacy modules will be embedded in the new injixo. For example, features related to planning will move to Plan. Use the new ShiftCenter to create shift plans as you used to. Use Schedules to view and access optimization features - just one click away.
What does this mean for my work?
The features of the WFM module will move to new locations, starting with "Scheduling" (see screenshot above). This might be a little confusing in the beginning. But the injixo team will ensure you don’t need to search for any feature. You can still click on the old links and will get redirected to their new homes.
When will this happen?
You can expect to have access to the modernized features (e.g. the renewed ShiftCenter) gradually within the next weeks. The injixo team will ensure these new features are thoroughly tested before they’re released to you. Just keep an eye out for helpful directions within injixo and enjoy your new work environment.
